118 Baker STreet, London W1U 6TT , United Kingdom
1 Booking & Agreement
• By making an appointment you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A copy is available on our website.
2 Health, Allergies & Patch Tests
• We use professional products that are approved for salon use, but every skin and eye area is unique.
• If you have any history of allergy, sensitive skin, eye conditions or if you are simply unsure, please ask for a free patch test at least 24 hours before your treatment.
• By proceeding without a patch test you accept that an allergic or sensitivity reaction is still possible.
3 Performance of Services & Liability
• We will carry out all treatments with reasonable care and skill in line with UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you shall not exceed the price you paid for the service, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including travel, accommodation, missed events or loss of enjoyment.
4 After-care
• Your technician will give you written or verbal after-care advice; following it is essential for best results and to minimise the risk of irritation.
5 Photos & Videos
• From time to time we take photographs or short video clips during or after treatments for training or marketing (social media, website). If you prefer not to be recorded, please tell us at the start of your appointment and we will, of course, respect your choice. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
6 Cancellations & Late Arrivals
• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations/no-shows forfeit the booking deposit.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have the treatment shortened or rescheduled and the deposit retained.
7 Complaints
• If you experience any problem, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and help. Complaints made after 14 days may be harder to verify.
8 Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes will be dealt with in those courts.
